Zero Waste Juice and Porridge – Kuvings Germany
Recipe (makes about 2 servings of juice and porridge):
– 2 beetroots
– 3 oranges
– 2 carrots
– 1 small piece of ginger

Beetroot Juice – Kuvings Slow Juicer
➡️ Juice everything and combine the remaining pulp with:
– 80 g oats
– 200 ml oat milk
– 150 ml water
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
Bring everything to a boil in a small pot and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Top with soy yogurt, goji berries, or any toppings you like.
