Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase, along with supporting photos or videos.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 – 30 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@kuvings.ph.
